Privacy
Plain-language data practices.
This site collects only the information people choose to submit. It is used to organize the South First Alliance restart and send requested updates.
Newsletter signups
We collect an email address, optional first name, consent record, signup source, and technical delivery status. People may also choose to be an active participant and name the kinds of work they want to help with. Newsletter contacts are processed by SendGrid. Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe link.
Business responses and contact notes
Business and contact forms collect the fields shown on the form. Contact details and free-text notes stay in the private operations dashboard. The public directory shows only business-level status, such as whether interest has been recorded.
How information is used
Information is used to understand who wants updates, organize business listening, correct the public record, and prepare future conversations. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Access and removal
Use the “See something missing?” form on the Who’s working page and choose “Data or privacy question” to request a copy, correction, or deletion. Newsletter recipients can also use the unsubscribe link in any email.
